Summer on a plate: grilled peaches, cool burrata, bright herbs. A simple reminder of what American growers make possible season after season. When I asked Renard Creek Cellar Companion for a wine pairing to match this bright, fresh salad, it offered two beautiful suggestions that capture the spirit of summer.
For something crisp and citrus‑driven, Cellar Companion pointed to Sauvignon Blanc — a wine that lifts the sweetness of the peaches and cuts through the burrata’s creaminess. If you’re in a celebratory mood, it also recommended our sparkling or sparkling rosé, where the bubbles refresh between bites and the red‑berry notes echo the charred fruit.
Serve this salad with whichever glass speaks to your summer mood and celebrate Red, White & Beautiful in your own kitchen.

Cellar Companion Wine Pairing
Sauvignon Blanc Bright acidity and herbal citrus notes slice through the burrata’s creaminess while complementing the arugula and balsamic. A classic, refreshing choice.
Sparkling Wine or Sparkling Rosé A dry sparkling wine or sparkling rosé is a beautiful match. The bubbles and high acidity act as a palate cleanser against the creamy burrata, while red‑berry notes in a sparkling rosé play naturally with the grilled peaches.
