The zippy, citrusy bite of this Sauvignon will be a fabulous foil to the creamy, starchy, cheesy goodness of your favorite risotto—top it with grilled asparagus or early peas to play up the wine's ultra-fresh notes. Basil pesto pasta will also be a winner.

The grapes were hand-picked, whole cluster pressed, and barrel fermented with native yeast in neutral Burgundian barrels. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation.
