First breath of this wine opens to cherries with cinnamon followed by
allspice and strawberry flowers. In the pallet, cherry cola and cinnamon
sticks with bright acidity greet you and roll into the mid with a rich
mouth-feel. The finish is long, with lingering notes of raspberry,
cherry, and nutmeg.

• Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir, Blocks 1, 2,& 3 from our Philo Vineyard in
  Anderson Valley Clone selection: Pommard, 115, & 777
• Harvest: Hand-picked two lots on September 10th. Degree Brix at harvest 27.5
• Production: Morning loads only, de-stemmed with 50% remaining as whole berries.
  Average cold soak for 6 days. 16 days on the skins and double racked to
  all French oak. 18 months in barrels, 33% new French oak.
