Brutocao Quadriga
Brutocao Quadriga
"Quadriga refers to the composition of the Italian grapes blended to produce a unique wine. The wine is deep, with aromas of baked plum, red currant jam, dried herbs, notes of clove, and toasted vanilla on the nose; the flavors on the palate are cassis, cherry liquor, orange peel, and mineral on the finish."—Tonya Pitts, WE
Quadriga, a “chariot carried by four horses”, is an ancient Italian symbol of triumph. Celebrating our Italian heritage, we created a proprietary blend of Sangiovese, Primitivo, Barbera, and Dolcetto.
Reminiscent of traditional Italian field blends, but with richer, brighter, and more fruit-forward flavors, the velvety smooth texture of this delicious wine pairs well with everything from casual dining to your fanciest meals. With aromas of lavender and plums, our unique blend opens with apple followed by blueberry and floral notes.
