Our Organic 2023 Sauvignon Blanc comes from the blend of our best Long Valley and High Valley Vineyard blocks, picked at the most expressive moment with low brix and bright acidity.

In the nose you find white peach, passion fruit and lime zest, as well as some herbaceous notes like bell pepper. Presents a rounded mouthfeel, well  balanced with a refreshing acidity, enhancing its flavors.
