After years of scouring our extensive Home Ranch property, we've identified the finest blocks. The OVIS Cabernet Sauvignon is the culmination of years of thoughtful work in both the vineyard, and the winery. This blend is a combination of our highest tiered vineyard parcels, farmed specifically for maximum concentration and flavor.

The deep garnet color, wonderful aromatics, and matured tannins are a dead giveaway of it's High Valley origin. Sweet aromas of cherries, plums, and cassis are balanced with savory notes of thyme, and anis. The powerful tannins have softened through extended aging in a mix of new and used French oak barrels. This wine is perfect for your next dinner party, but will also hold up for many years to come.
