This Grenache Gris shows bright fresh lemon, honey, apple and a creamy apricot nose that then turns more savory with hints of tarragon, cider, and sage. In the mouth its initial impression of fruit (spiced apple sauce, quince and green melon) is followed by vibrant acids and leaving a lingering impression of saline minerality.
