This provençal style Rosé leads with notes of rose water, fresh strawberry, and pink grapefruit aromas. 

The delicate minerality is accompanied by flavors of grapefruit, tangerine sorbet, and rose water. Carries all the natural acidity one would expect from a direct-to-press rosé and a hint of lingering salinity.

Handpicked August 30th at 20.5 Brix. Whole cluster direct-to-press. Fermented and aged 50% in stainless steel and 50% in neutral oak barrels. Bâtonnage every week for two months post fermentation. Minimal sulfites prior to bottling.
