Bright and smooth -- Our estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc is full of citrus and floral notes and has a nice, round texture (it's not green or grassy). This wine is perfect by itself, or with a variety of dishes from seafood or poultry to salads and veggies. 

Grown on our vineyard in Boonville, we hand harvest the grapes and ferment them only with wild yeast and ML strains native to our site. The Sauvignon Blanc is aged in a combination of stainless steel and older French oak, then bottled after additional cellar time and with a touch of our estate-grown Semillon for added complexity. It's a crowd pleaser at our tasting room!

The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from our estate vineyard in Boonville — one of just a few vineyards planted to Sauvignon Blanc in the entire Anderson Valley appellation. Our climate is cool for Sauvignon Blanc, and our three-acre block must be farmed as carefully and intensively as our Pinot Noir to achieve optimal ripeness. It requires a lot of work, but we are certain it’s the reason why we love the resulting wine so much. The 2020 release is 89.7% Sauvignon Blanc and 10.3% Semillon, fermented with wild yeast and ML strains. It was aged in stainless steel & neutral French oak barrels.
