"This offering is an ode to Clay Shannon's father, who instilled in him hard-working habits. The wine's aromas are rich, with blackberry, black currant, clove, violets, and vanilla on the nose. The palate has ripe dark cherry, huckleberry, coffee beans, orange zest, and sweet cigar, with subtle tannins on the finish. Aerate and enjoy"— Tonya Pitts, WE

This stunning Cabernet Sauvignon is a tale of two appellations within Lake County. Crafted with grapes grown in the High Valley and Red Hills appellations, it’s a seamless representation of the best of both worlds.

We have blended wines from High Valley (dark, deep, rich) with Red Hills (bright red fruit, elegance) that together create a complex, classic Cabernet Sauvignon. Cassis, blackberry, leather and chaparral combine aromatically with flavors of toasted oak, boysenberry pie and vanilla. Mid-palate weight and complexity while maintaining elegance and texture.
