We are delighted to introduce our first rose” sparkling wine and couldn't be prouder of the results.

We have chosen to use Mourvèdre and Zinfandel grapes, two varieties renowned for their bold and expressive character. The combination of Zinfandel's bright red fruit and Mourvèdre's floral and spice nuances brings a dynamic and flavorful profile to our sparkling Rose’. The delicate pink tone is due to the fact that once the fruit arrives, it is gently pressed to have the least color extraction possible and thus be able to continue the fermentation of just the juice.

On the nose, you'll discover the enticing aromas of ripe  strawberries, red currants, and subtle floral notes, creating an inviting bouquet. The palate is treated to a symphony of flavors, with the bright red fruit characteristics taking center stage, complemented by a refreshing acidity and a touch of creaminess.
