Made in the traditional méthode Champenoise, our Sparkling Rose is made with 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, then we add enough finished Pinot Noir to get the color and flavor we want. The result is a beautiful California sunset pink color with notes of tart cherry, ripe strawberry and hints of apple.
