Our Merlot has aromas of dark berries, baking spices and toasty oak that jump from the glass. On the palate you will find those same descriptors follow through along with black cherry, plum and cocoa undertones. The wine is medium-bodied and is very versatile in pairing with your favorite dishes such as braised short ribs, blackened salmon or rosemary roasted chicken.
