"This wine is lively, concentrated with aromas of Black berry, Huckleberry, dried herbs and clove. The palate is black cherry, dried chicory, bittersweet chocolate, intertwined with, mineral, espresso and dry tannins. Aerate for an hour. Drink now or 2030 Pair with Meatloaf"—Tonya Pitts, WE

From the steep slopes of High Valley we have produced this classic Italian style wine. Nero D'Avola is one of Italy's indigenous varieties. The canopy holds up well to extreme heat, and the berries can handle high elevation and lack of water. We aged in oak barrels for two years to allow the oak and the fruit to harmonize. Floral notes, tart cherries and black tea fills the aroma blending with flavors of fresh plum, toasted walnuts and black olive and notes of dried cherries. They are all distinct notes, but work together in this beautiful ruby garnet wine.
