Our perennial “pizza/pasta wine” has become ‘Blissful Red’ - starring Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon with Primitivo and Petite Sirah for additional structure. It has a nose of black berry jam & vanilla custard which greet you, followed by hints of mocha. A rich mouth feel bursting with sweet berry compote in the midpalate is followed by root beer spiced fruit in the finish.
