DIRT Pinot Noir
DIRT Pinot Noir
"It is such an honor and a treat to taste one of the first vineyards on the Mendocino Ridge. This special project is called DIRT- Directly Impacting Regenerative Transformation. Fresh, vivacious, with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate-raspberry, Bing cherry, nutmeg, and vanilla cream on the nose; the palate is vibrant, mouth-watering, with youthful raspberry, cassis, huckleberry, savory herbs, sedimentary rock, and a lingering finish. The focus is on how meaningful and impactful regenerative farming is compared with conventional agriculture."—Tonya Pitts, WE
Classically styled and deeply flavorful with notes of plum, orange rind, red currant, black tea, and rose petals. Vibrant natural acidity lifts the wine for an airy, ethereal experience. Enjoy at whim.
This high-elevation, mountain grown Pinot Noir is fermented on indigenous yeasts and with 30% whole clusters, utilizing gentle extraction and cool fermentation temperatures. Aged for eighteen months in older French Oak barrels

DIRT: Directly Impacting Regenerative Transformation
DIRT was Founded by Nicole and Michael, who believe wine can help restore the planet. After transitioning Nicole’s family vineyard to regenerative farming, they released the first wines
in the world to earn the Savory Institute’s Global Land to Market Verified seal. Today, DIRT champions radically transparent, nature‑positive wines that support farmers, rebuild ecosystems, and empower conscious consumers. Each bottle invites drinkers to join a more restorative way forward.
