Fresh, vivacious, with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate-raspberry, Bing cherry, nutmeg, and vanilla cream on the nose; the palate is vibrant, mouth-watering, with youthful raspberry, cassis, huckleberry, savory herbs, sedimentary rock, and a lingering finish. Determined to make a change, we began by transitioning Nicole’s family vineyard to regenerative practices. In 2021, we proudly launched the first wines in the world with the Savory Institute’s Global Land to Market Verified regenerative seal—a testament to what’s possible when farming and winemaking prioritize nature.
