La Storia Zinfandel
La Storia Zinfandel
This is a ripe, spicy, and beautifully expressive of Alexander Valley’s warm, gravelly benchlands. Bursting with blackberry, raspberry compote, and dark cherry, the wine layers in black pepper, clove, and a touch of vanilla from gentle oak aging. The palate is medium‑to‑full bodied with smooth, rounded tannins and a lively core of acidity that keeps the richness in balance. A hint of dried herbs and cocoa adds depth, while the finish is long, warm, and fruit‑driven.

La Storia
The Trentadue family made their way to Sonoma County long before it was known as Wine Country. Evelyn and Leo Trentadue, lifelong farmers, played a big part in shaping the region over the years. In 1959, they left their orchards of apricots and cherries in Sunnyvale, which is now Silicon Valley, to escape growing urban development. Determined to protect their farming heritage, they found a new home in Sonoma County’s peaceful Alexander Valley, purchasing 208 acres of land. Their wines carry a bold, polished style, grounded in old‑vine heritage, generous in fruit, and framed with the clarity that comes from long-standing craft.
